Philip Neville has affirmed that Manchester United have signed Romelu Lukaku on Instagram in spite of no official declaration from the club

The Belgium universal has been vigorously connected with a move to sign for Manchester United over the previous week or so in what was an unexpected improvement after Chelsea were believed to be driving the race to get Lukaku.
